SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our studio in Seoul via DHL Worldwide Express. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information.

Please note that Import duties and taxes may be charged upon receipt via your local customs office, which must be paid by the recipient of the package.

If you are not familiar with these charges and need more information, we suggest that you contact your local customs office before placing an order.

We are not responsible for delayed, stolen or lost packages, as we have no control over these. Please directly contact DHL for any issues regarding this.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Changes or cancellations are available within 24 hours of placing an order. We start processing your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order, so please make sure to email us at eechaeroi@gmail.com within 24 hours to ensure your cancellation or change can be accepted. Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after 24 hours.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

At the moment, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders. Please double check your order to ensure it is correct before placing it.

UNIQUE NATURE OF EACH PRODUCT

Due to the characteristics of natural leather and the hand-craftsmanship, our leather items may have slight irregularities and variations. Please note that inconsistency in color/texture or minor wrinkles/spots are not considered as a flaw.
